Radius is seeking a H&S Manager with a strong focus on CDM and internal Auditing of CDM.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, assessing risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations focused mainly on the Construction Design and Management (CDM) parts of our Data Centre business and will also include some auditing of the controls and health and safety processes across our buildings where construction and other works are being undertaken that are not under the CDM regime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of operational, and compliance processes across our CDM sites.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Testing compliance with CDM regulations and industry standards, testing risk management processes and health and safety protocols.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Keeping the audit findings trackers up to date
  • Collaborate with project teams and management to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Create escalation reports to Management as required
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the CDM sector and data centre industry.
  • Assist in the development of the annual audit plan.
