An exceptional opportunity to join a leading facilities management company as an Account Director, overseeing a prestigious client with multiple sites across Central London.

Role Overview:

As Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing outstanding operational leadership, ensuring the seamless daily management of the contract. A strong technical background is essential for this position.

This single-site Hard Services FM contract, covering one location in Central London. Given the nature of the contract, you will be expected to be on-site regularly, allocating your time accordingly.

You will benefit from a well-established and loyal workforce offering strong support. The contract is currently performing at its highest level since inception, fostering a positive client relationship and high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L management and accountability for financial performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Set, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure continued success
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the contract
  • Oversee SHEQ compliance (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)

Maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with the client is your primary responsibility. You will work closely with them to ensure an effective partnership.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven success in managing FM contracts of similar scale within Hard Services
  • Technical expertise is essential
  • HV/LV background or mechanical background
  • Previous leadership experience in FM, Building Services, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in the Facilities Management sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Highly commercially aware with strong business acumen
  • Driven, hardworking, and committed to excellence
