Are you a driven professional with a passion for construction and property renovation? My client a high-end project management company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full house refurbishments, are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help them grow!

About the Role:

  • Identify & Develop: New business opportunities in property renovation and construction.
  • Build Relationships: With architects, designers, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research and stay ahead of trends.
  • Present & Propose: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Network: Represent us at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate: Work with marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
