Profile
A successful Corporate Finance and Working Capital Director should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - 5 years PQE)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and working capital management.
- Excellent strategic planning and financial analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
