We are recruiting a Manager for a brand new spectacular workspace and members club in the heart of Clapham Junction.

This is a full time permanent role Mon-Fri.

As the first point of contact and "go to" for the workspace community and all member day to day needs, you'll be supporting the delivery of member engagement and happiness.

You will support the General Manager and site team in creating an environment where your members can thrive, providing exceptional service to all that use the space.

The role:

As a Community Manager you will be the primary point of contact and "go to" for the Community and all members day to day needs. A commitment to providing exceptional service to our community, members and guests is a must. In this role you will work alongside the General Manager, Workspace Director, Head of Sales and Community Associate/s with a focus on nurturing a fun and inspiring environment in which the members can thrive.

You will work with the site team and Marketing team to ensure community engagement programmes are delivered and member happiness achieved. As a CM you must be passionate about people, building and maintaining relationships, sales, and operations.

Key areas are: Sales; conduct well trained viewings and negotiate contracts proposals and renewals, keep abreast of local competitor movements

Financials; support member acquisitions, invoice management, and debt chase protocols.

Operations; Stakeholder management with local facilities teams and vendors, maintain excellent H&S and Operational standards
