9am-5pm
A leading safety training provider with an office based in London require a PMO/Project Manager to join their team on a temp basis for a period of 4 weeks, this role is full remote and could be extended.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing projects to budget, agreed times and quality
- PMO or Project Manager experience essential
- Previous experience in using Smartsheet hugely beneficial
- Experience in managing multiple large and complex projects simultaneously
- Liaising with many different stakeholders, suppliers and delegating tasks to project participants
- Overseeing the population of project backlogs, and ensure good standards in requirements and project documentation
- Overseeing the project approval process
- Monitoring program and project progress and holding projects to account
- Escalating risks and issues when needed
- Manage the central resource planning and issues across the portfolio
Skills and qualification required:
- Degree level qualification with a recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APMG, Agile etc.) essential
- Advanced with MS office suite Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
- Logical and analytical thinker
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and drive for consistency
- Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
