A longstanding client of mine is looking for a top Workplace and Facilities Manager to oversee their incredible offices for a 14-month maternity contract. This is an amazing opportunity for a first-class candidate to oversee one of London's most impressive offices. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and leader, able to manage multiple tasks, whilst proactively improving the work environment. No issue will be too small and you will be a go-to in the office. The role is based in their Central London office full-time, hours are 8am-6pm, salary is offering up to £65,000 per annum (DOE), as well as incredible benefits. They are looking for an early June start. What you'll do: 
  • Line manage the front of house/admin team including appraisals 
  • Facilities management - organising all office repairs 
  • Contract and vendour management 
  • Office management - ensure office runs smoothly and be the go-to person 
  • Health and safety - ensure office meets all regulatory requirements
  • Budget control 
  • Insurance renewals 
  • Work with global office managers 
  • Office management to overseas offices
  • Ad hoc projects 
Who you are:
  • Experience managing a high-class office 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience to working to strict deadlines 
  • Experience managing a team of people 
  • 'Can do' attitude and no task is too small 
  • Approachable, supportive and friendly 
  • Highly organised 
  • Confident working with employees of all levels 
  • IT literature 
  • IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial
