Start ASAPMy client are currently looking for a Track Safety Trainers to deliver COSS and Sentinel Track Safety for an NSAR Approved Track Safety Training provider. This is a very rewarding and multifaceted role with one of the UK's most successful Rail Training Organisations. We have over 300 courses and delivered 280,000 hours of training in 2024. We can hire on a permanent, part-time or associate basis.What You'll Be Doing:* Deliver Awesome Training: You'll craft and deliver top-notch training programs that inspire and educate learners across the board.* Create Quality Packages: Design training materials that hit the mark on learning objectives and outcomes - think fun, informative, and engaging!* Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor and update our delivery products to keep them fresh and relevant.* Assess Like a Pro: Evaluate learners both in the centre and in the wild (a.k.a. workplace) to ensure they're hitting their goals.* Standardise Success: Help contribute to the standardisation of qualifications to maintain our high standards.* Build Relationships: Liaise with customers to develop and sustain long-lasting partnerships - because teamwork makes the dream work!Required Qualifications and Skills:* Experienced in delivering Experience in delivering Sentinel Track Safety courses including Controller of Site Safety (COSS) * Be comfortable managing and presenting to a classroom of up to 12 'keen to learn' rail engineers and apprentices* Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal* Be able to create occasional training collateral when required* Have 3 years UK Rail industry experience, not necessarily all in training* Ideally have an NVQ level 3 (or higher) training qualification.* Ideally be within commuting distance of one of our training centres in Derby, Crewe, Clapham or West Horndon, Essex* Be willing and able to travel to client locations across the UK to deliver training and assessmentTo apply, please click the apply now button or send you CV to .
