Start ASAPMy client are currently looking for a Track Safety Trainers to deliver COSS and Sentinel Track Safety for an NSAR Approved Track Safety Training provider. We can hire on a permanent, part-time or associate basis.What You'll Be Doing:* Deliver Awesome Training: You'll craft and deliver top-notch training programs that inspire and educate learners across the board.* Create Quality Packages: Design training materials that hit the mark on learning objectives and outcomes - think fun, informative, and engaging!* Stay Ahead of the Game: Monitor and update our delivery products to keep them fresh and relevant.* Assess Like a Pro: Evaluate learners both in the centre and in the wild (a.k.a. workplace) to ensure they're hitting their goals.* Standardise Success: Help contribute to the standardisation of qualifications to maintain our high standards.* Build Relationships: Liaise with customers to develop and sustain long-lasting partnerships - because teamwork makes the dream work!Required Qualifications and Skills:* Experienced in delivering Experience in delivering Sentinel Track Safety courses including Controller of Site Safety (COSS) * Be comfortable managing and presenting to a classroom of up to 12 'keen to learn' rail engineers and apprentices* Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal* Be able to create occasional training collateral when required* Have 3 years UK Rail industry experience, not necessarily all in training* Ideally have an NVQ level 3 (or higher) training qualification.* Ideally be within commuting distance of one of our training centres in Derby, Crewe, Clapham or West Horndon, Essex* Be willing and able to travel to client locations across the UK to deliver training and assessmentTo apply, please click the apply now button or send you CV to .
