- Partner with L&OD Managers to implement the outcomes of Learning Needs, shape plans for program design and development
- Work with L&OD Managers to roll out the Learning strategy, including the development of an annual training calendar and engagement strategies, while evaluating the impact and success of curriculum initiatives.
- Oversee the process for delivering annual L&OD programs, including booking venues, organising group sessions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality experiences for participants.
- Work alongside the L&OD Coordinator and Advisor to produce monthly reports summarising key business requests, provided support, and emerging trends to offer valuable insights across the organisation.
- Promote and guide employees to access Learning resources.
