As a leading force in the Media industry, our client is looking for top talent to join their Learning & Organisational Development Team on a fixed-term basis (3-4 months). Individuals will possess a proactive approach to their work and be an excellent communicator to all levels in the business.Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Partner with L&OD Managers to implement the outcomes of Learning Needs, shape plans for program design and development
  • Work with L&OD Managers to roll out the Learning strategy, including the development of an annual training calendar and engagement strategies, while evaluating the impact and success of curriculum initiatives.
  • Oversee the process for delivering annual L&OD programs, including booking venues, organising group sessions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality experiences for participants.
  • Work alongside the L&OD Coordinator and Advisor to produce monthly reports summarising key business requests, provided support, and emerging trends to offer valuable insights across the organisation.
  • Promote and guide employees to access Learning resources.
Whilst this role would benefit from someone who has previously had experience in media / creative industries, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing learning needs and can work in an agile way. This role is looking for an immediate start, and candidates with a notice period longer than 2 weeks will not be considered for this position.If this sounds like the right position for you, please apply.
