Role Overview:
As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering talent solutions across the Water, Rail, Civil Engineering, and Energy sectors. Working on an established desk with over 100 active vacancies, you’ll have the opportunity to start earning from day one. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with candidates, sourcing, screening, and placing top talent into high-demand engineering roles.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver on multiple recruitment projects within the Water, Rail, Civil Engineering, and Energy sectors.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles, ensuring a high standard of candidates for each vacancy.
- Engage with both active and passive candidates, building a strong pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and ensure we meet their staffing needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and technical skills relevant to the sectors you support.
- Ensure compliance with UK recruitment regulations, including eligibility to work checks and other legal requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven recruitment experience within engineering sectors such as Water, Rail, Civil Engineering, or Energy.
- Recruited for White-Collar positions
- Solid understanding of the UK job market and candidate landscape.
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with established desks, hot desks, or high-volume recruitment is highly desirable.
- UK-based experience is essential, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
