Are you an experienced Trainer specialising in service excellence and client experience training?

We are looking for influential, engaging and energetic trainers who thrive in delivering face to face training to a diverse workforce and can embed themselves in an organisations cultures, values and brand.

Reporting into the Learning & Development Partner duties include:

  • Delivering 1:1 mentoring to large group training sessions
  • Helping to facilitate across recruitment from assessment days to on-boarding
  • Creating and updating learning resources including guides, manuals, training materials
  • Supporting on inductions and tailoring inductions to certain more senior hires focusing on expectations, brand and values
  • Adapting to feedback and adjusting training content where needed
  • Development of new starter training programmes
  • Working with individual employees through their careers

This is a part time position working 3 days per week (21 hours) with some flexibility needed on days to accommodate training needs. Some travel around London is required but all within 30-40 minute radius of Central London.

Please note all training will be delivered in person with some flexibility to work from home where required and we are looking for candidates who are available to start from March 2025.

For this role we need experienced trainers who have specific knowledge of Client Experience (Cx) topics and delivered Cx training programmes. You will be experienced in training client facing individuals from entry level to senior management have be well versed in training both 1:1 and larger groups.

As a person you will be a clear and strong communicator, influencer and have excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
