Training Developer Specialist
London (2 days a week onsite)
550 per day inside IR35
We believe that the key to success lies in continuous learning and development. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Training Developer Specialist who can design engaging training materials and programmes that inspire our employees to reach their full potential!
What You'll Do:
- Design & Develop: Create engaging and effective training programmes tailored to our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and employee needs.
- Evaluate & Improve: Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously enhance learning experiences.
- Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table by exploring new training technologies and methodologies.
- Facilitate: Lead training sessions that captivate and motivate learners, fostering an interactive and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (including Audit Management), Onboarding and Transitions, HR Service Delivery, Asset Management, etc.
- Proven experience in instructional design and the development of training programmes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems.
- A creative mindset with a passion for lifelong learning and development.
