We are seeking a Bilingual Learning & Development Partner to join Europe's premier developer and manager of upscale designer retail destinations. They The ideal candidate will be a fluent to a native level in English with fluency in Spanish, Italian or Dutch.

In this role, you will be responsible for training across eight countries, primarily crafting and delivering content in digital formats. Key responsibilities include setting up and conducting inductions, tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs of each region, and collaborating closely with local HR teams. Proficiency with digital learning tools and cultural awareness are essential to ensure the effectiveness of training across diverse regions.

Additionally, you will be tasked with continuously refining and enhancing training programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. We are looking for a passionate individual who can engage and inspire colleagues through workshops, LinkedIn Learning, and internal communication channels.

Essential experience:

  • Extensive experience in a learning and development position, preferably within an international, consumer facing, cross-functional organisation.
  • Native English with fluency in additional European language (Spanish, Italian, or Dutch preferable).
  • Proven ability to develop and conduct workshops, both in-person and online.
  • Experience of designing digital learning materials, e-learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Capable of designing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Enjoys working within a team setting.
  • Excellent influencing skills, able to interact with collaborators at all levels.
  • Strong project management abilities, adept at managing conflicting priorities and delivering multiple projects simultaneously

Package:

  • up to £50,000 + bonus (discretionary 25%)
