Job Title: Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer

Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm

  • Gather Feedback: Attend live sessions to collect valuable feedback from participants, using insights to enhance future training.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee various training-related tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
  • Event Management: Handle logistics for training events, including venue bookings and schedule coordination.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside other departments to align training programmes with organisational and customer needs.
