The Role:

As HR Business Partner (Operations & Projects), you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our clients people strategy, partnering with key business stakeholders across the Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Legal functions. You'll manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, optimise HR processes, and lead impactful projects that foster continuous improvement across the business. With a direct impact on the culture and operational effectiveness, you'll ensure their people function supports the organisation's ambitions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Comfortable with HR systems, reporting, and using data to drive decisions, with advanced skills in Excel and HRIS.
  • Passionate about improving processes, you embrace change and help embed new ways of working.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience at the HR Business Partner level, with a strong generalist background in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, or Creative Media sectors is essential.
  • Proactive and solution focused, you can identify issues early and drive results with creative, pragmatic solutions.
  • You're skilled at building strong relationships, working closely with stakeholders, and navigating complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong experience managing leading on project work
