Responsibilities:

Lead/support the planning and execution of the logistics required for assigned training events and team or leadership offsites, including scheduling and coordinating calendars, communications, production and dissemination of training materials, ordering meals, tracking participation, and sending out follow-up materials with surveys.

Support TD Europe, becoming a point of contact for TD in Europe & New Markets, supporting with queries, new requests, local events like Panels, Dev Week, and other TD related activities in the region.

Support LIFT program Cohort 2 planning and execution, looking into program content, logistics, including cost, vendor management, stakeholder management and feedback pre and post program.

Support with Manager BoostCamp Pilot development, assisting in the coordination of identifying facilitators, schedule modules taking into account bank holidays, quiet weeks, other events, capturing pre and post program feedback.

Schedule program presenters/facilitators and assist with preparatory meetings.

Assist in virtual and in-person training sessions as needed by facilitators.

Manage the department mailbox, respond to colleagues in a timely, and ensure resolution from the team.

Manage and track vendor onboarding, contracts, and payments.

Track and report department metrics to analyze effectiveness of our training programs.

Participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.

Required experience:

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience supporting an L&D function.

Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).

Expertise with Zoom, MS Teams, and other technology platforms to help produce and support virtual training's.

Experience with LMS preferred.

Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
