Working for a leading global FMCG brand.In this exciting role you will be working as part of a team on an industry leading change program as a Learning, Change and Engagement Advisor. Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, in this busy role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the engagement plan in line with over all change plan.You will also be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings and workshops to gather input and insights into the deployment of the change program.You will coordinate and schedule training sessions as well as preparing training materials and resources required in the sessions.You will monitor attendance and gather feedback post session and update learning processes and documents as necessary.To apply for this role, it is essential that you have operated at pace in a global matrix business where you have supported Learning and Development and wider HR change programs. You will be able to evidence how you have tracked projects and met strict deadlines and will be an advanced user of Excel.You will be able to demonstrate your training coordination experience of booking and scheduling courses for delegates in different countries and timezones. You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills and will be able to juggle conflicting priorities and deadlines,It essential that you have excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level.It is essential that you can start a new role at the beginning of January 2025 and can commit to a 12 month duration, working weekly in a hybrid manner from the Central London office.
