Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to support the coordination of training and engagement initiatives across the company. This role will be responsible for organising face-to-face and virtual training sessions, liaising with internal and external training providers, tracking attendance and training outcomes, whilst also assisting with company-wide engagement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

  • Organise and schedule training programs for employees across different departments, ensuring smooth execution of both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, technology setup, and communication with participants.
  • Work closely with internal trainers and external training providers to ensure the right learning opportunities are available.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and completion rates, providing reports on training effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and training providers, ensuring alignment of learning opportunities with business needs.
  • Gather and share information on available training programs to help teams access relevant learning opportunities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to enhance training initiatives.

Engagement & Survey Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide engagement surveys.
  • Coordinate survey distribution, monitor responses, and compile data for reporting.
  • Assist in analysing survey results and working with relevant teams to drive engagement improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in learning and development coordination, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to report on training and survey results.
