Learning & Development Director - Ad Tech- up to £75,000 (DOE) The CompanyOur client is a leading global Ad Tech business that specializes in programmatic advertising. They work with some of the worlds leading media and marketing agencies with global trading deals in place and a true leader in this space. Our client is going through huge growth at the minute and are bringing out new products, ready to be deployed globally. They are looking to hire a Learning and Development Director to help train internal sales teams on selling their new state of the art products and to help pitch it to new areas of the industry. This role is a fixed term contract until the end of 2025 with the high likelihood of going permanent. The client will need someone to start ASAP. The Job
- You will be responsible for training SVPs of Sales in their global offices who in turn will train their internal sales teams.
- You will be responsible for creating training materials, creating training presentations and in turn helping the teams sell the new product better.
You
- Having experience in creating L&D training material is essential
- You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development and training Sales leaders and teams to sell products
- Candidates will ideally come from an Ad Tech background, but also open to media and marketing backgrounds in the digital space and will have experience in a very similar role
