This is an exciting time to join a fast growing and successful firm where the opportunities for career progression are unlimited. The feedback from the candidates I have placed is always how surprised they are that for a firm of this size there is such a strong team culture. Many of the candidates I have placed have informed me that it is easy to develop close working relationships (as well as make lots of friends - always important at work!). Another appeal of the firm is the opportunity for long term career development - there are often internal moves and secondments which allow for career progression.

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Manager and other colleagues to design, deliver and evaluate high-quality training and development programmes for Associates and Trainees across the world. You will also support other areas of learning, such as e-learning, performance management and bespoke workshops. You will have the chance to collaborate with Partners, HR professionals, internal experts and external providers to ensure that the learning offering meets the needs and expectations of the business and our people. To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in learning and development, preferably in the legal or professional services sector. You will also need to have excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills, as well as the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. You will be creative, flexible and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a varied, rewarding and challenging role, where you will have access to high-level information and influence, and where you can make a real difference to the development of our talent. You will be part of a small and supportive team based in London, but with a global remit and reach.
