My client are a global retail business who are looking for an experienced L&D Partner to join their international People team. This role will be based in London but work across all 8 countries and report into the L&D Manager. This role is crucial to the business and people strategy, helping to develop and retain their talent across countries.

Ideally you would have supported teams in both the UK and across Europe, particularly France or Germany. A passion for digital and e-learning is key, with the ability to come up with new initiatives and ideas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering a blend of training both virtual and face-to-face, including e-learning
  • Supporting the creation of the Learning and Development calendar and agenda, ensuring proactive learning, upskilling and development
  • Supporting the efficiency of the Learning Management System
  • Creating and improving learning initiatives across all countries by gathering feedback and monitoring results and impact
  • Looking at current trends around AI and digital learning tools
  • Utilising, monitoring and reviewing multiple assessment tools
  • Working with the broader People and Talent team to improve their induction and onboarding processes
  • Managing talent needs to support internal career paths, global mobility and development

They are a business who pride themselves on staff development so you will be integral to continuing this across the offices. Therefore the ability to build strong relationships across multiple countries and cultures is key. This is the perfect role for a specialist L&D professional ready for that step up. They require 3 days in the office and offer fantastic benefits.
