Location: Home based with National Travel
Salary: £35,000 annum

Please note this role is home based however some national travel will be required to deliver training.

The Role
The Learning Academy Trainer is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of the their Learning Academy.
This role involves working with the Learning Academy Lead to create and implement training programmes that foster professional development, improve staff competencies, and align with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
The academy is to support staff, people they support, students, volunteers and the wider community.
They are looking for someone with experience in developing learning and development workshops and learning event.
Please note the interview will require a presentation to be given, details of which will be given.
