This is an amazing oppertunity to join a well established firm in central London. You would be working in a small team with the oppertunity to take on lot's of responsiblity with brilliant training. The role involves tasks such as designing and delivering training programs, managing the learning management system, facilitating communication related to training and development initiatives, instructional design, and overseeing training processes.

You will need to have;

  • Training & Development and Learning Management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Training and Instructional Design expertise
  • Experience in creating training programs
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Experience in the legal industry is essential
