Up to £50k

London (SE1) with hybrid working

Are you passionate about nurturing talent and shaping the future of a top-tier law firm? Do you have solid experience in Learning and Development within a legal environment? If so, our client would love to hear from you!

They are on the lookout for a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join the team. This is a standalone role, giving you the autonomy to truly make your mark while enjoying the support of the Head of HR and HR Officer.

Your primary focus will be creating and implementing a firmwide learning and development plan that spans onboarding, trainee development, team-specific training, and tailored programs for those on the route to partnership. Working closely with the Heads of Departments, you’ll build a skills matrix to support the growth and success of their people at every stage of their career.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, admin-heavy environment, enjoys planning and delivering training strategies, and understands the unique dynamics of a law firm. Whether you’re a Junior L&D Officer, Executive, or Advisor looking to take the next step, this could be your perfect opportunity.

What they’re looking for:

  • Essential: Previous experience in an L&D role within a law firm.
  • A proactive approach to developing training plans tailored to a professional services environment.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and working independently while collaborating with key stakeholders.

What they offer:

  • Hybrid working model for flexibility and balance, 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
  • A chance to work with a forward-thinking team that values personal and professional growth.
  • Competitive salary of up to £50,000.

Their process:

  • Stage 1: Virtual interview via Teams.
  • Stage 2: Face-to-face interview at their office.
