My Local Authority Client in London is looking to source a very experienced Urban Designer to join their Planning Department.
Â
The Role:
Negotiation and appraisal of major and strategic planning proposals in relation to private and the Council own regeneration programmes, attracting over £1bn of inward investment, and shaping the borough
Principal specialist advisor to the Councils Planning service in relation to urban design, architectural appraisals and public realm
Manage the Design Review Panel
Support the Planning Policy team in the development and review of design policies and supplementary planning guidance on residential design
Line management of junior design officer
