The Role:
As a Trainee Construction Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants to find top freelance talent for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates to match client requirements.
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates to build strong relationships.
  • Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent.
  • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks such as CV formatting and database updates.
  • Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
