IT Talent is recruiting on behalf of a global technology client for an experienced Salesforce CRM Change, Adoption, and Training Manager. This role focuses on maximising Salesforce efficiency by developing training strategies, driving adoption, and ensuring teams fully leverage the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver Salesforce training programs.
Develop training materials (e-learning, guides, videos).
Conduct workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.

Requirements:
