We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager (or Manager - depending on your qualifications) to join our client's EMEA Learning and Development team. This is a permanent role with plenty of room for growth, creativity, and global collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the charge in designing and delivering cutting-edge legal skills training initiatives that align with our global L&D programming.
  • Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry - from partners and practice group leaders to knowledge and innovation teams.
  • Be the go-to mentor, manager, and L&D ambassador, shaping not just internal growth but also building external relationships with industry experts.
