Role Overview:

We are seeking a Training Consultant to lead the development and delivery of impactful EDI training for clients in the children and young people sector. This role involves designing and facilitating training programmes, building client relationships, and ensuring training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored EDI training (in-person and virtual).
  • Design engaging e-learning content and workshops.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure training meets their needs.
  • Evaluate training impact and continuously improve delivery.
  • Support methodology development and contribute to business growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in EDI training and facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of anti-racism, intersectionality, and systems-thinking.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
