A leading Independent Criminal Defence Practice is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their small team.

The firm specializes in defending allegations of serious fraud and serious complex and organized crime, with a dedicated lawyer leading the defense for individuals and companies facing such charges. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Criminal Defense and be capable of quickly adapting to the role.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of files and overseeing file management.* Preparing client letters and drafting statements.* Creating briefs for counsel.* Communicating with clients in person and over the telephone.* Instructing experts and preparing briefs for counsel.* Managing payments and financial matters.* Providing support and advice to clients.* Handling general legal administration and associated duties.

The Candidate:
