A reputable law firm in the heart of Central London is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This opportunity offers something unique compared to the typical conveyancing role, with a strong focus on career growth and development for the right candidate.About the Role:As a Conveyancing Paralegal with this firm, you will have a range of responsibilities that provide a hands-on learning experience across conveyancing and property law, allowing you to build on your existing skills. Your daily duties will include:

  • Supporting Fee Earners: Assisting senior solicitors and conveyancers with client cases, preparing necessary documentation, and handling file management from inception to completion.
  • Client Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, and other parties involved, providing updates and responding to inquiries, ensuring a smooth, client-focused service.
  • Drafting & Reviewing Documents: Preparing initial contracts, reviewing title documents, and compiling contract packs to support fee earners with case progression.
  • Managing Searches and Enquiries: Ordering and reviewing property searches (local authority, drainage, environmental, etc.) and addressing inquiries with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Pre-completion & Post-completion Processes: Preparing documentation for completion, handling registration requirements with the Land Registry, managing stamp duty submissions, and ensuring that all post-completion procedures are executed smoothly.
  • Case Tracking & Progression: Monitoring timelines and progress across conveyancing transactions, keeping all parties informed to facilitate timely completions.
