Creative Producer:

Then E.ON Next is right for you! We are seeking an experienced and talented Creative Producer to join our team. This role requires ownership, autonomy and production know how to lead project teams comprised of Creatives, Designers, Copywriters and animators to produce outstanding work across varying scales and complexities.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

As a Creative Producer at E.ON Next you will be responsible for a range of your own projects, managing them through conception to execution, working with the internal GTM and Marketing teams, creatives, and third parties to bring ideas to life.

Strategic thinking: Aligning on creative briefs with the Creative Account Manager and marketing teams, to ensure that the briefs landing on our creative's desks are exciting and engaging always.

Being the production expert: We pride ourselves on speed and brilliant execution, so that means you will be the one always in the know on your projects, the go to person for updates and solutions when challenges arise. Often needing to think on your feet and be the voice of reason within the room.

Stakeholder management: Our clients are our team, and you will be responsible for keeping them in the know on your / their projects all along the way. So, you need to be clear, diplomatic and on the ball at all times.

Being a creative thinker: We have a brilliant team of creatives and marketeers but you are often the conduit and so it helps to have a passion for creative as anyone can come up with ideas in the team.

Production management: Overseeing the production process, including scoping, scheduling, status updates and QA checks across all project types.

Collaboration: Working with creatives, copywriters, and freelancers to develop ideas and messaging.

Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and third party production companies, and managing reviews and feedback rounds in a clear and consolidated manner.

Organisation: Ensuring that project documentation, creative content and assets are well-organised and archived to serve as a central location for that project at any one time.

QA & Legal liaison: You will be responsible for managing a tight ship with the regs and QA process, taking ownership of ensuring that anything you are producing has been seen and approved by the regulatory teams as well as creative and marketing stakeholders.
