Senior Creative Project Manager Duration: 12 months Location: Hybrid, London Rate: Up to £327 per day Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Reference: 7565 About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic Studio team. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of custom advertising and media solutions projects on a global scale. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, legal, media planning, insights reporting, account management, finance, brand marketing, and global communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Project Management & Execution:  
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of media campaigns with external partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. 
  • Manage production and launch processes for key partnerships, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks by conducting campaign risk assessments and critical path analyses. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  
  • Act as the primary liaison between the studio and clients, effectively communicating project goals, expectations, and challenges. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management. 
  • Coordinate with vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing. 
  • Process Optimization & Reporting:  
  • Manage project intake, validate requests, and allocate resources efficiently. 
  • Optimize project timelines and identify resource conflicts or potential bottlenecks. 
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to track and optimize campaign outcomes. 
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and deliver solutions that drive results. 
Required Skills & Experience: 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in creative advertising or media. 
  • Proven ability to manage 360° campaigns in partnership with global communications teams and external vendors. 
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of social and PR opportunities. 
  • Experience collaborating with both in-house and third-party partners to deliver impactful campaigns. 
Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce, ClickUp, Smartsheets, SharePoint, Asana, Monday.com, and Jira. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
