Job Title: Design Researcher Location: London, 125 London WallContract: 6-month contract

Whether you specialize in accessibility, quantitative research, or user experience (UX), you'll be encouraged to explore new methods and collaborate across teams. In this role, you will lead research strategies for a key area of the business, supported by our wider Design Research and Analytics community. You'll manage research plans and roadmaps, delivering insights that solve customer problems and unlock new opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to identify and prioritize research questions
  • Create research roadmaps and plans to guide both short-term goals and strategic direction
  • Conduct deep qualitative research using techniques such as usability testing, concept testing, and interviews
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that generate a shared understanding of user needs
  • Communicate and influence stakeholders with clarity and impact
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods for robust insights
  • Conduct ethnographic research, such as contextual inquiry or diary studies
  • Triangulate data from different sources to tell compelling customer stories
  • Contribute to accessibility research and work with vulnerable customer groups
  • Share expertise and learn from other researchers within the team
