Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnering with one of the UK's largest technology businesses (FTSE 250) in their search for a Credit Control Team Lead. This is an excellent and varied role that will offer the chance to drive forward team performance and will focus on mitigating payment and cash risk to the business. This is a hybrid role working from their Reading office.
As a Credit Control Team Lead, your role will involve:
- Collecting payment of invoices owed to the business
- Contribute innovatively to achieve resolution for account queries, ensuring completion of a smooth order process from point of sale to payment received
- Managing and monitoring an individuals' performance - implement and monitor KPI's during a performance improvement process, including having challenging conversations.
The ideal candidate for the Credit Control Team Lead role will:
- Proven experience in managing a high performing team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to improve knowledge with the ability to use what you have learnt to benefit the team.
- Demonstrative credit control experience
