Senior Credit ControllerNorth West London Full/Part TimeOur client is a leading not for-profit organisation based in North West London who are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to manage and improve the debt collection of the organisation by driving proactive communication and delivering on strategic targets. This position can be full time or part time, 4 days a week and offers hybrid and flexible working. Onsite parking is available alongside good benefits and generous holidays. Key Responsibilities:* Overseeing a portfolio of outstanding Accounts * Chasing and recovering outstanding debt * Dealing with customer queries * Negotiating payment plans with customers * Working to targets * Allocating payments received accordingly * Working with the customer to reduce arrears * Liaising with the in-house legal department regarding accounts * Providing handover paperwork when account is taken to litigation * Composing letters and correspondence to customers * Updating in-house database on a regular basis Key Requirements:* Proven experience in credit control or collections * Strong communication skills* Experience in using databases / CRM systems * Analytical skills to prepare reports and track collection progress* Understanding of working within a charity or not-for-profit sector is beneficial but not requiredIf you are a skilled Credit Controller looking to make a meaningful impact within the education sector, we'd love to hear from you.
