Duties:

  • Generate and present regular financial reports to internal clients, providing clear and comprehensive updates on account status and financial activity.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Pursue outstanding commercial rent arrears diligently, following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Address and follow up on ad-hoc arrears as they arise, including insurance claims, electricity recharges, and on-account service charges, to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Process and record cash receipts efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and accounted for.
  • Handle tenant refunds promptly and accurately, ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage commercial rent arrears recovery proceedings as necessary and as directed, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Experience:

  • Credit Control Experience: Skilled in either commercial or residential real estate.
