Description
- Manage and collect debts from company debtors
- Ensure timely payments and attend to outstanding balances
- Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure smooth running of accounts
- Reconcile complex accounts
- Prepare reports on accounts status and collection activity
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
- Participate in team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
- Comply with industry legal requirements and keep up to date with industry developments
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A customer-oriented mindset
