My client is a UK-based Property management company specialising in the residential space. They are growing out their finance team and are doing well financially so now is an excellent and exciting time to get involved!

Description

  • Manage and collect debts from company debtors
  • Ensure timely payments and attend to outstanding balances
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure smooth running of accounts
  • Reconcile complex accounts
  • Prepare reports on accounts status and collection activity
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
  • Comply with industry legal requirements and keep up to date with industry developments

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
