Credit Controller

Salary: £16-£17 PAYE

Location: Central London (3 day on site, 2 days WFH)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and solution-oriented Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the EMEA markets, focusing on the recovery of aged debt and billing.

What you'll do:

As a Credit Controller, your primary focus will be reducing aged debt and chasing outstanding payments. You'll work closely with various departments to resolve any billing issues that may be hindering payment. Your excellent communication skills will come into play as you interact with clients, ensuring they understand their payment obligations and encouraging prompt payment. Regular review and improvement of the company's debt recovery processes will also fall under your remit. This role requires a proactive approach, and a strong drive to succeed.

  • Reducing aged debt through effective credit control strategies
  • Chasing debt in a professional and timely manner
  • Working closely with various departments to resolve billing issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity
  • Regularly reviewing the company's debt recovery processes
  • Communicating effectively with clients to ensure prompt payment
