Credit Controller - F&B Industry, London
Our client, a leading company in the F&B industry based in London, is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. This role is crucial in managing customer accounts and ensuring efficient cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Perform credit checks and set credit limits for new and existing clients.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
