A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Spanish-speaking Credit Controller to join their finance team. This role focuses on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and conducting credit risk assessments while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process cash postings and allocate customer payments.
Chase outstanding payments via email and phone.
Review and update customer master data.
Assess and recommend credit limits using credit agency reports.
Manage direct debit collections and customer credit holds.
Oversee order management and liaise with internal teams.
Handle intercompany accounts, dunning runs, and e-invoicing.
Conduct credit checks and risk assessments.
Support process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

Fluency in Spanish is essential; French is a plus.
3+ years of experience in Credit Control.
Proficiency in SAP (AP), MS Office, and SAP Concur.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
