Totum is working with a law firm to find an experienced temporary Credit Controller to support a targeted project within their Litigation team, focusing on clearing aged debt.

The ideal Temporary Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Chasing outstanding debt across one practice group
  • Following up with clients on queries related to outstanding invoices
  • Escalating issues when appropriate
  • Liaising with relevant partners and associates on their debts
  • Maintaining positive relationships with both external and internal clients

The ideal Temporary Credit Controller will have:

  • Essential -  Credit Control experience within a law firm
  • Familiarity with Elite 3E  (preferable)
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
