Your new companyIt is a dynamic property company managing a diverse portfolio of properties. They are currently undergoing a transition to a new bank account and require a skilled Credit Controller to ensure a smooth switch while maintaining our high standards of financial management. Your new role

  • Bank Account Transition: Manage the transition of approximately 300 clients from the current bank account to the new one, ensuring all payments are redirected correctly.
  • Client Communication: Notify clients of the bank account change, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate the switch.
  • Payment Monitoring: Track and confirm that all client payments are successfully transferred to the new account.
  • Invoice Management: Continue to issue and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded, and any issues are promptly resolved.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on the progress of the bank account switch and any outstanding issues.
  • Customer Service: Address client enquiries and concerns regarding bank account changes and payment processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience: Proven experience in credit control, preferably Within the property sector.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.
