I am currently recruiting a Credit Controller for a Media company based in Central London, close to Shorditch Street station.

My client is a well-established company based in Central London. Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their diverse Team.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working

Their offices are based in London, close to Shorditch Street Tube Station.

Description

Credit Controller:

My client is one of the leading integrated marketing agencies in the UK with offices in the UK and the Middle East. They are looking for a credit controller to join their busy global team. As credit controller, you will report to the senior credit controller.

The role has responsibility of looking after debts in both the UK and the Middle East and will work alongside other credit controllers in the Group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure payments are received according to contractual terms
  • Manage the upload of invoices to ensure the client receives the invoices on time (where applicable)
  • Manage purchase order numbers on invoices to ensure that they are not rejected and paid on time (including the management of missing, overbilled or incorrect PO's with internal staff and clients)
  • Forecasting of cash receipts (which is monitored against actual)
  • Resolving account queries
  • Preparing regular reports on debtor status
  • Daily posting of all cash receipts
  • Cash allocation
  • Dispute resolution including managing any ensuing legal process once approved by the group finance director

Profile

Required skills & experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with senior management, staff at all levels and clients' finance departments in a professional manner
  • An organised, meticulous and self-disciplined approach
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team and to meet group and individual deadlines

Job Offer

The successful camdidate will be paid between 30,000 to 35,000 per annum
