- Reconciling cash received against premiums daily and resolve outstanding issues
- Review and ensure USM signing process daily
- Process improvement - improving collections process to enhance efficiency
- Investigating/researching requests from stakeholders and brokers
- The successful candidate will have Credit Control experience gained in the Lloyd's market
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Organised, analytical and efficient time management skills
