The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and fluent French-speaking Loans Agency or Loans Administration officer to join a dynamic team in London. You will play a key role in administering loans for a variety of portfolios, including bilateral, syndicated, and other loan types. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to work with industry leaders.
Responsibilities of the Loans Agency Officer :
- Process daily transactions such as drawdowns, repayments, and rate fixings across various loan products.
- Claim and collect fees and interest related to loan facilities.
- Review and resolve account reconciliation issues.
- Provide timely and accurate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing loan processing tasks.
- Review and approve peer group transaction entries and regularly update procedures.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the team manager.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in French & English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of loan agency Or Loans administration and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
