Greek Speaking Credit Controller
12 month maternity contract
100% Remote role
Up to £45,000
A large global company is currently looking for a Greek speaking Credit Controller to join its global credit management team on a 12 month maternity contract. You will manage a varied portfolio of blue chip and SME customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of Credit Control chasing Greek customers.
Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing a Greek ledger, chasing customers for outstanding debts
- Review all accounts and and perform collection activities
- Partner with Sales & other internal stakeholders to communicate status of accounts and expedite resolution
- Analyse and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments to drive operational excellence in the order-to-cash application cycle
- Respond to external/internal queries regarding payment and case escalation status
- Working to cash collection targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer contact activities
Skills/Experience required:
- International credit control experience
- Fluent Greek and English essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to customer relationship building
- Establishing and achieving performance goals
- Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel skills
