Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 9am until 5pm (Fully Office Based)

Are you an experienced Credit Controller who is immediately available?

Our client, an established global logistics and fine art services company is seeking an experienced Group Senior Credit Controller to join their finance team.

This role will focus on managing a substantial customer portfolio, working across credit control, debt collection, and account management. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Credit Control Manager and ensuring efficient cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client account collections in alignment with company credit policy

- Produce and update weekly cash forecasts and account status reports

- Handle credit limit adjustments, open new accounts, and assess overdue client accounts

- Maintain and reconcile financial records and oversee monthly statement processing

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

- Identify accounts needing further action and coordinate with legal if necessary

- Support month-end ledger closures and other credit-related projects

Qualifications and Skills

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)

- Must have at least 3 - 5 years experience and be used to achieving cash collection targets.

- Ideally 3 years supervisory or management experience in credit control

- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

- Strong time-management skills, able to meet deadlines independently
