Abbeville Recruitment is representing a Lloyd’s Broker who are in search for an experienced IBA Credit Controller to join their expanding team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Credit Control Manager and the team in ensuring collection targets are achieved and the credit control function operates efficiently.
As an IBA Credit Controller your core duties will include:
- Preparing statements
- Credit control - via telephone calls and emails
- Allocating cash and monitoring/investigating unallocated cash
- Aged debt reporting
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Building and maintaining robust working relationships with brokers, underwriters & external parties
To be considered for this role, you will have worked for a Lloyd’s broker, have extensive experience in the above duties and be able to use your initiative to complete tasks.
