Your New Role
- Monitoring and managing outstanding customer accounts
- Conducting credit checks and setting credit limits
- Communicating with clients to resolve payment issues
- Preparing and sending out invoices
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Providing regular reports on credit control activities
- Experience sending out invoices on a monthly basis
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role within a media organisation
- Either SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel specifically: VLOOKUPs + Pivot Tables)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
